Step 2: Needs Assessment & Direct Communication
Following receipt of your deposit, our support team contacts you to discuss your specific fitness goals, activity preferences, and routine tracking requirements. This direct communication allows us to understand your exact personal organizational needs.
Step 3: Formal Quotation & Scope Definition
Based on your specific requirements gathered during our consultation, our team prepares and issues a formal, itemized price quotation outlining the complete scope of service, customized planning deliverables, and any scheduled appointment details.
Step 4: Deposit Confirmation & Appointment Scheduling
Upon your explicit written review and acceptance of the formal quotation, your consultation deposit is confirmed and applied toward your total service fee. A mutually agreed service appointment or delivery schedule is then officially established.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Timelines

Late Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice: Requests submitted less than 48 hours before a confirmed appointment time may result in an administrative fee or the forfeiture of the initial deposit due to pre-allocated operational arrangements.
European Statutory 14-Day Withdrawal Right: Customers residing in the EU or UK retain a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of initial deposit payment, provided service execution has not been fully completed prior to the cancellation request.
